Duties * Analyze clients' insurance needs and provide tailored recommendations. * Communicate effectively with clients to explain policy details and benefits administration. * Negotiate terms of insurance policies to meet client requirements. * Engage in outside sales activities to expand the client base and increase market presence. * Provide exceptional customer service throughout the policy lifecycle, from initial contact through claims processing. * Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, products, and regulations. * Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and enhance overall performance. * Utilize multilingual skills to assist a diverse clientele in understanding their insurance options. Requirements * Proven experience in insurance sales or related retail sales environment is preferred. * Strong customer service orientation with the ability to build rapport with clients. * Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to convey complex information clearly. * Ability to analyze data and market trends to make informed recommendations. * Negotiation skills that enable effective discussions regarding policy terms and conditions. * Multilingual abilities are a plus, enhancing communication with a broader range of clients. * A valid insurance license is required or must be obtained within a specified timeframe after hiring. * A strong work ethic, self-motivation, and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
