Team Building and Leadership: * Foster a positive team culture that encourages collaboration and excellence. * Provide mentorship and guidance to enhance agent skills and productivity. * Execute training programs to elevate team performance. Agent Success and Productivity: * Establish performance metrics and goals to drive agent success. * Provide personalized coaching and feedback to improve individual and team performance. * Utilize technology and tools to optimize workflows and enhance productivity. Business Development: * Collaborate with the executive team to develop and execute growth strategies. * Identify opportunities to expand market share and increase profitability. * Stay informed about industry trends and competitors to make informed decisions. Qualifications: * Proven experience as a successful Real Estate Team Leader. * Strong track record of recruiting and retaining high-performing agents. * Exceptional leadership and communication skills. * Deep understanding of real estate market trends and industry best practices. * Ability to develop and execute effective business strategies.
