Job Overview We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Sales Associate to join our team for our Apparel & Perfume store in Polaris Shopping Place. The ideal candidate will have a passion for customer service and a strong ability to sell products effectively. As a Sales Associate, you will play a crucial role in enhancing the shopping experience for our customers in a retail store environment. Your responsibilities will include assisting customers, managing transactions, and maintaining a positive store atmosphere. Responsibilities * Greet customers warmly and assist them in locating products within the store. * Utilize effective sales techniques to upsell products and increase overall sales. * Operate the Point of Sale (POS) system efficiently, ensuring accurate cash handling and transaction processing. * Maintain knowledge of current promotions, products, and services to provide informed recommendations to customers. * Supervise junior staff members when necessary, providing guidance and support to ensure excellent customer service. * Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues promptly and professionally. * Keep the sales floor organized, clean, and well-stocked to enhance the shopping experience. * Perform basic math calculations for cash handling and register operations.
