LA City Cars is a pre-owned operation that is a part of Northeast Auto Holdings group. The group has 2 new car stores (Kia and Chevy) and 2 established used car stores. We have all the new car banking relationships for financing and over 300 cars (most hi-line) in inventory. We have experienced qualified managers to direct and train the sales team. We are opening our second location for La City Cars in La Puente! We are looking for hardworking talented salesman that want to join a successful team NO AUTOMOTIVE SALES NECESSARY SALES EXPERIENCE OR SALES ABILITY A MUST! RESPONSIBILITIES: * Greet and guide customer as they appear on the lot to proceed into the sales process. * Assist customers in finding a vehicle that meets their needs * Assist customers in the completion of their sales applications * Follow up on all leads generated by internet marketing REQUIREMENTS: * Enthusiastic with high energy throughout the sales workday * Strong desire to "assist the customer" * Outgoing with a friendly personality, especially while handling objections * Quality customer service skills * Good sales and/or customer service track record * Possess strong communication skills * Persistent, competitive and have a good work ethic * Focus on the customer's needs to enhance dealership and personal sales * Computer literate and have basic math skills * Attention to detail Sales, Sales Representative, Auto Sales, Automotive, Car Sales, Product Specialist, Sales Associate, Customer Service Available ASAP Job Types: Full-time, Commission Job Type: Full-time Salary: $62,000.00 to $120,000.00 /year Job Types: Full-time, Contract Pay: $70,000.00 - $155,000.00 per year Benefits: * 401(k) * 401(k) matching * Dental insurance * Employee discount * Health insurance * Life insurance * Paid time off * Vision insurance Schedule: * 8 hour shift * Monday to Friday Supplemental Pay: * Bonus opportunities * Commission pay Work Location: In person
