Job Summary

: We are seeking an enthusiastic and customer-oriented Retail Sales Associate with availability to work on Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays. The ideal candidate should have a passion for fashion, exceptional communication skills, and a strong commitment to delivering exceptional customer service. As a Retail Sales Associate at RG Group, you will contribute to creating a magical shopping experience for our customers and help them find the perfect evening gown.

Key Responsibilities

: - Welcome and assist customers with genuine warmth and professionalism as they enter our store. - Listen attentively to customer preferences and provide expert advice and recommendations on evening gowns. - Showcase in-depth knowledge of evening gown styles, fabrics, and accessories to assist customers in making informed choices. - Efficiently and accurately handle transactions using our point-of-sale (POS) system. - Maintain the store's visual appeal by arranging merchandise displays and ensuring shelves are well-stocked. - Ensure proper pricing and tagging of merchandise. - Assist in inventory management by conducting regular stock checks and promptly reporting discrepancies to management. - Collaborate closely with team members to meet and exceed sales targets. - Address customer inquiries, concerns, and returns courteously and professionally. - Stay up-to-date on fashion trends and the latest evening gown collections.

Qualifications

: - Previous retail sales experience, particularly in fashion, is preferred. - Outstanding customer service and interpersonal skills. - Ability to thrive in a fast-paced retail environment and adapt to changing priorities. - Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. - Basic math proficiency for handling transactions. - Enthusiasm, self-motivation, and a team-oriented mindset. - Flexibility to work weekends and holidays, particularly on Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays. Pay Rate: The pay rate for this position ranges from $9 to $12 USD per hour, depending on experience and qualifications.
