BIG#1 Motorsports, a leader in the Powersports Industry for over 50 years, is expanding their Accessories & Parts Department. We are looking for individuals who are good at communication and helping customers. As a key team member, you'll dive into a variety of powersports vehicles, helping customers find the perfect upgrades and accessories to enhance their ride. But wait, there's more! You'll also help with apparel sales, offering riders the latest gear to stay safe and stylish on the road. Skills Needed to Win: * People skills * A love of details * Energized by interacting with new people * Driven by goals * Team player * Coachable, competitive and adaptable PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS: * Regular attendance during normal scheduled store hours including the ability to work 8 hours per day and the ability to work Saturdays. * Frequent standing, walking, sitting and climbing stairs. * The ability to continually engage and interact with others, including clients and employees throughout the work day via various methods of communications including phone and computer usage. * Occasional lifting of up to 25 lbs * Occasional pushing of up to 50+ lbs Work Hours: Tues-Fri 9-6 and Saturday 8:30-5:30 Every Monday and Tuesday off Pay ranges from an average of $40,000 to $55,000+ depending on performance.
