Edgeless Beauty Group is seeking a Guest Services Manager to focus on responsibilities on sales, guest care and team utilization. The Guest Services Manager would work with all Edgeless Beauty Group brands, be responsible for overseeing guest services while driving sales growth, ensuring five-star guest experiences, and managing a dynamic team to achieve targets. The role demands a balance of operational management and strategic leadership to deliver exceptional guest experiences and achieve business objectives. Edgeless Beauty Group has grown to include The Institute of Beauty and Wellness, Neroli Salon and Spa, SKN BAR Rx, Lash Addict, Urban Ayurveda, Ultra Skin Solutions, and is a member of the Intercoiffure of America and Canada creating a world of endless possibilities for all of our team members Essential Job Functions: * Develop and execute sales strategies to meet and exceed sales targets * Lead efforts in delivering outstanding customer service, ensuring all guests have a positive experience with all brands * Coaching team on upselling spa services and packages to maximize revenue opportunities * Monitor and analyze sales performance, implementing improvements as needed. * Ensure consistent, exceptional guest experiences through all communication channels. * Handle escalated guest concerns, ensuring timely and satisfactory resolutions. * Collaborate with brands to align guest service practices with each brand's identity and standards. * Schedule and allocate team resources to maximize efficiency and service levels. * Monitor and improve employee engagement, retention, and productivity. * Implement and maintain best practices for call center operations, including CRM tools and workflows. * Track and report on key metrics related to sales, guest care, and team performance * Act as a liaison between the Guest Services team and other departments, ensuring seamless integration and communication. * Stay informed about offerings, promotions, and updates across all brands to train and equip the team effectively Required Technical Skills, Education, Experience, Training, and/or Credentials: * Zenoti software is a plus * Hospitality experience in a five-star call center environment * 3-5 years sales experiences * Team management, preferably in the beauty or retail industry * Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment * Specific knowledge about the industry and the types of products and services offered * Well-developed planning and organizational skills Work Environment and Physical Requirements: * Includes working in a fast-paced, office environment * Ability to sit and stand for extended periods throughout the day
