Responsibilities * Build and maintain relationships with prospective insurers * Manage onboarding processes * Assist in key negotiations * Work on projects to enhance capacity * Collaborate with internal stakeholders * Oversee licensed agent pool * Manage telecommunications strategy * Develop, execute, and ensure compliance for sales and retention * Recruit and develop other sales leaders * Build and maintain relationships with business owners and employees Skills and experience * Detail-oriented * Able to manage multiple projects simultaneously * Effective communicator * Experience in insurance, real estate, or financial * Experience in insurance product management or a related field * 5+ Years in life insurance Education and training * A bachelor's degree, preferably in business administration * Further developing key skills within the field
