Overview We are seeking a motivated and full-time, in-office Insurance Producers to join our team to generate new business by closing incoming warm leads. The ideal candidate will possess strong sales abilities and provide excellent customer service. If this is you, then let us know that you are interested. Duties * Pursue new business opportunities through Agency provided leads. * Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and retention. * Prepare and present proposals to prospective clients, showcasing the benefits of our insurance products. * Manage sales administration tasks including tracking leads, updating client records, and reporting on sales activities. Skills * Strong analytical skills to assess client needs and market conditions. * Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written; bilingual or multilingual capabilities are a plus. * Experience in outside sales or retail sales is preferred. * Be able to maintain strict confidentiality of client's information.
