Duties

- Assist clients in buying, selling, and renting properties - Provide guidance and assistance to clients throughout the entire real estate transaction process - Conduct market research to determine property values and competitive prices - Stay up-to-date with local real estate market trends and changes in Fair Housing regulations - Market and advertise properties for sale or rent - Schedule and conduct property showings and open houses - Communicate with clients, other agents, and industry professionals to negotiate offers and counteroffers - Prepare and review contracts, leases, and other legal documents - Coordinate inspections, appraisals, and other necessary steps in the transaction process - Provide exceptional customer service to ensure client satisfaction

Qualifications
