Sales Development Representative (SDR) - Phone Sales & Front Desk Support Are you an organized, detail-oriented person who loves following checklists and processes? Our fast-paced, patient-focused office is looking for a highly organized Sales Development Representative (SDR) to handle inbound calls and appointment scheduling for people who have responded to our marketing. This is a critical role in our office, as you will be the first point of contact for potential patients, helping them take the next step toward better health. What You 'll Do:

• Manage inbound / outbound calls for leads who have responded to our marketing efforts.
• Follow a structured call script to engage, qualify, and schedule appointments.
• Track leads and follow-up systematically using our CRM and office procedures.
• Keep detailed records of call outcomes and scheduled appointments.
• Assist with front desk duties , including greeting patients, handling paperwork, and keeping the office running smoothly.
• Follow checklists and standard operating procedures to ensure consistency and efficiency. What We 're Looking For:
• Highly organized with great attention to detail.
• Loves checklists and following proven processes to ensure success.
• Enjoys talking to people and is comfortable handling objections professionally.
• Thrives in a structured environment and follows directions well.
• Has previous phone sales, customer service, or scheduling experience.
• Is tech-savvy and comfortable using scheduling systems, CRM software, and basic office tools.
