Job Overview We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Retail Sales Associate to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be the face of our brand, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a positive shopping experience. You will engage with customers, assist them in finding products, and promote sales through effective communication and upselling techniques. Duties * Greet customers warmly and assist them in locating products within the store. * Engage with customers to understand their needs and provide tailored recommendations. * Demonstrate product features through effective product demos to enhance customer understanding. * Utilize upselling techniques to maximize sales opportunities while maintaining customer satisfaction. * Handle cash transactions accurately using a cash register, ensuring proper cash handling procedures are followed. * Maintain a clean and organized sales floor, restocking merchandise as needed. * Collaborate with team members to achieve store sales goals and provide support in supervising junior staff when necessary. * Communicate effectively with customers and team members to foster a positive shopping environment. Experience * Previous experience in retail sales is preferred but not required; we welcome candidates eager to learn. * Familiarity with retail math concepts is beneficial for managing transactions and inventory effectively. * Bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply, as this skill can enhance customer interactions. * Strong communication skills are essential for conveying product information and engaging with customers effectively. * Experience in cash handling and operating cash registers is an advantage but not mandatory; training will be provided.
