Overview

We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Retail Sales Associate to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be the face of our brand, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a positive shopping experience. You will engage with customers, assist them in finding products, and promote sales through effective communication and upselling techniques. A successful candidate will possess a passion for retail and a commitment to delivering outstanding service.

Duties

• Greet customers warmly and assist them in locating products within the store.
• Engage with customers to understand their needs and provide tailored recommendations.
• Demonstrate product features through effective product demos to enhance customer understanding.
• Utilize upselling techniques to maximize sales opportunities while maintaining customer satisfaction.
• Handle cash transactions accurately using a cash register, ensuring proper cash handling procedures are followed.
• Maintain a clean and organized sales floor, restocking merchandise as needed.
• Collaborate with team members to achieve store sales goals and provide support in supervising junior staff when necessary.
• Communicate effectively with customers and team members to foster a positive shopping environment. Experience
• Previous experience in retail sales is preferred but not required; we welcome candidates eager to learn.
• Familiarity with retail math concepts is beneficial for managing transactions and inventory effectively.
• Bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply, as this skill can enhance customer interactions.
• Strong communication skills are essential for conveying product information and engaging with customers effectively.
• Experience in cash handling and operating cash registers is an advantage but not mandatory; training will be provided. Must be able to work the following days/times
• Tuesday 4:30-8:30
• Friday 4:30-8:30
