Responsibilities: Our Sales Representatives will help guide our customers through the process of identifying individual comfort needs and select the best system and pay plan to meet their budget. We supply 100% Furnished Leads - We need you to close them! No canvassing or Cold Calling required. HVAC knowledge is not required; we will train product knowledge. This is an uncapped income opportunity, take control of what you earn by utilizing your closing skills! Client focused HVAC professional needed! The HVAC Comfort Advisor is responsible for providing timely and quality repairs of customers' products (Heat Pumps, Heating Ventilation and Air Conditioning, Gas and Furnaces & Boilers) while maintaining the highest level of customer service. Additionally, this position promotes and sells additional products and services that directly impact the profitability of the Company. Service Technicians are issued an all-expenses paid company vehicle with advanced company tooling. Installation experience is a plus!
