We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Commercial Account Sales Representative to join our growing team at Service Hero, a leader in plumbing and drain services. In this role, you will be responsible for cultivating relationships with commercial clients, managing accounts, and driving new business growth. You will be the main point of contact for our business clients, helping them address their plumbing and drain service needs while ensuring the delivery of exceptional customer service and satisfaction. Key Responsibilities: * Sales Development: Prospect and develop new business opportunities by identifying potential commercial clients in the local market. * Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing commercial accounts to foster repeat business, customer loyalty, and long-term partnerships. * Need Assessment: Conduct on-site visits and meetings with clients to assess their plumbing and drain service needs and provide tailored solutions. * Quoting & Proposals: Prepare accurate and detailed quotes, proposals, and contracts for commercial plumbing and drain services. * Negotiation & Closing: Effectively negotiate pricing and service terms, ensuring both client satisfaction and company profitability. * Sales Targets: Meet and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets and performance goals. * Cross-Selling & Upselling: Identify opportunities to sell additional services, products, or maintenance contracts to existing clients. * Collaboration: Work closely with the operations and service teams to ensure timely delivery of services and maintain high-quality standards. * Market Research: Stay informed about industry trends, competitor offerings, and changes in commercial plumbing and drain regulations. * Customer Support: Address any issues or concerns from clients promptly and professionally, ensuring ongoing satisfaction and retention. Qualifications: * Proven experience in B2B sales, preferably within the plumbing, construction, or facility services industries. * Strong understanding of commercial plumbing and drain services is a plus. * Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. * Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships. * Self-motivated with a results-oriented mindset and the ability to work independently. * Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint). * Valid driver's license and reliable transportation. * High school diploma or equivalent required; college degree preferred. Preferred Skills: * Knowledge of plumbing codes, regulations, and maintenance requirements for commercial properties. * Experience working with facility managers, building owners, or contractors. * Background in technical sales or estimating within the plumbing or construction sectors.
