Seeking Exceptional Home Care Sales and Marketing Coordinator - New Grads Welcome! Agility Health, a licensed, private pay home care agency has a full-time Home Care Coordinator opportunity with our San Mateo office.

Responsibilities

:

• Meeting with and presenting the benefits of patient care at home to physicians, healthcare professionals, facilities, organizations and prospective clients regarding services.
• Representing and present Agility Health in the utmost professional manner.
• Increasing market share by obtaining referrals
• Increasing census through high closing volume
• Forecasting needs, setting priorities and executing a marketing strategy

Qualifications

:

• Bachelor's Degree in related field preferred
• One (1) year of prior experience in home care or related field required
• Proven track record of developing and maintaining relationships within a competitive marketplace
• Outstanding verbal and written communication skills
• Knowledge of home care, hospital or skilled nursing systems
• Valid driver's license
• Have reliable transportation & automobile insurance
