We're hiring a full-time real estate recruiter to find agents with potential for our team. You'll be responsible for ensuring that each candidate meets our high-performance standards, has the necessary qualifications, and is a good culture fit for the team. If this sounds like a job you'll love, start your application [please apply online] $15 - $23 hourly Responsibilities: * Recruit entry-level agents with high growth potential via cold calling, emailing, networking events, or other forms of communication to round out our real estate sales team * Put steps in place to scale the recruiting process and ensure candidates are high quality * Present an update on the success of implemented recruiting methods to the team on a regular basis * Upload job postings and ads on all known industry job board sites to reach the best real estate professionals in our industry * Take ownership of the hiring process by making recommendations and managing interview schedules, keeping all parties informed as things progress, and following up with candidates who are not selected * Recruit new agents and Mortgage Loan Officers via phone calls, emails, events, or other forms of communication to meet the demands of our growing business * High attention to detail for processing of legal documentation for both Real Estate and Mortgage Lending Qualifications: * Two years of work experience in real estate recruiting or inside sales * Verbal and written communication skills are a must * Must have a college degree * Experience with posting jobs on most well-known job boards * Strong organizational skills and time management skills * Must be within 10-minute drive to 76015 for in office hours * Bilingual skills highly regarded, but not required About Company The Helton Real Estate Group is a leader in the real estate industry, covering the Texas market.
