We are a locally owned business dedicated to crafting memorable and profitable business development and sales campaigns for clients in the Columbus area. Our hands-on, customized approach, combined with the diverse expertise of our team, has been the driving force behind our success. Our largest client, Verizon, has entrusted us with their client experience, outreach, and integrated sales and business development outreach effort in Columbus with their top-of-the-line Internet and wireless products. We are excited to announce a full-time opening for a Sales Enrollment Advisor. This position is based at our office in Columbus and provides an excellent opportunity to grow professionally while having fun in a supportive environment. The Sales Enrollment Advisor will work closely with our Senior Account Managers to ensure the successful execution of our client's customer outreach initiatives in the local area. Sales Enrollment Advisor Responsibilities: * Engage with existing and potential clients to introduce Verizon's top-tier Internet and Wireless services and promote brand awareness * Utilize industry and product knowledge to drive sales revenue and build trust and confidence in our brand * Build excitement around Verizon's brand, products, and services to increase customer satisfaction and loyalty * Deliver concise presentations to potential customers, promoting client brands and driving revenue growth * Provide suggestions to expand client outreach efforts within the local market * Maintain compliance with all company and client standards * Adhere to established guidelines for promotional campaigns and operations * Support day-to-day territory operations in collaboration with Senior Management and client executives Preferred Skills and Qualifications: * Education: A high school diploma or GED equivalent is required; upper-level degree is not required, but preferred * Experience: A background in sales, customer service, account management, or the telecommunications industry is highly valued * Problem-Solving: Strong critical thinking and problem-solving abilities * Client Engagement: Experience in client or brand management is a plus * Communication: Excellent communication skills and a natural ability to connect with others * Presentation Skills: Confidence in presenting to both small and large groups * Passion: A desire to build a career in marketing, business development, or brand management * Community Focus: Enthusiasm for helping others and giving back to the community Position Overview: * Employment Type: This is a full-time employee position * Pay: an average of $120-160 per new customer enrolled; on average each associate will complete a minimum of 2-3 new customer enrollments per day * Hours: This is a full-time position (40 hours guaranteed/week) * Location: This position will be based out of our office and an assigned territory to cover * Clients & Products: We work with Verizon customers, promoting and signing up new customers for their services (including their Internet Services and premier Wireless Products) Job Type: Full-time Pay: $50,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year Schedule: * 8 hour shift * Day shift * Monday to Friday * Weekends as needed Ability to Commute: * Worthington, OH 43085 (Preferred) Work Location: In person
