About the Role

: A Customer Sales Representative is responsible for managing a diverse portfolio of client accounts, building and maintaining strong client relationships and achieving sales targets while also providing ongoing support to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.

Responsibilities

: Sales:

• Identifying and pursuing new business opportunities.
• Negotiating contracts and closing deals.
• Achieving and exceeding sales targets and quotas.
• Conducting sales presentations and demonstrations face to face Customer Service:
• Answering questions about products, services, pricing, and availability.
• Offering detailed product information and highlighting benefits.
• Helping customers choose the right products or services for their needs.
• Establishing rapport and trust with potential customers.
• Resolving problems promptly and efficiently.
• Offering assistance with product usage or troubleshooting.
• Checking in with customers to ensure satisfaction and address any lingering questions by following up.
• Creating a positive customer experience that encourages repeat business. Tracking Reports:
• Tracking and reporting on sales performance and account activity.
• Analyzing market trends and identifying opportunities for growth.
• Preparing and presenting reports to management. Job Type: Full-time Pay: From $50,000.00 per year
