Key Responsibilities: * Develop, launch, and manage a high-performing affiliate marketing program for Diamond Truck Sales. * Recruit, onboard, and maintain relationships with affiliate partners, trucking influencers, and industry-related businesses. * Negotiate affiliate contracts and commission structures. * Monitor affiliate activities, analyze performance metrics, and optimize campaigns to maximize ROI. * Collaborate with the marketing and sales teams to align affiliate strategies with overall business goals. * Create marketing materials, promotions, and incentives for affiliate partners. * Stay up-to-date on industry trends, competitive programs, and new opportunities for growth. * Ensure compliance with all legal and ethical advertising practices. Requirements: * Proven experience managing affiliate marketing programs (preferred 2+ years). * Strong understanding of the commercial trucking industry is a plus. * Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills. * Proficient with affiliate tracking platforms and marketing analytics tools. * Strong organizational skills and ability to work independently. * Creative thinker with a growth-oriented mindset. * Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (preferred but not required).
