The selected candidate will work collaboratively with our clients to sell a specialty fleet card to area businesses that operate company vehicles. This is a "hunter" position in which the sales representative is tasked with signing up and installing new fleets on the program. Required Skills: Minimum 3-5 years of success in B2B Sales -Strong level of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) - Experience in CRM (Microsoft Dynamics a plus) - Strong sense of urgency and a roll-up-the- sleeves demeanor -Flexible, Adaptable, team-oriented with positive attitude and strong work ethic. • Prospecting, canvasing, and a high volume of calls/phone setting appointments
• Face to face appointments
• Create and conduct sales presentations to potential customers
• Provide customer solutions through active listening and persuasive sales style
• Close deals and successfully hand off to the Customer Service Team
• Maintain call log, appointments, and closes in the CRM system
• Maintain a positive and encouraging attitude in the workplace and with customers
• Represent Downs Energy at various customer, community, and networking events REQUIREMENTS:
• Minimum 3-5 Years of success in B2B sales
• Experience selling B2B in a high activity sales environment
• Strong Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) Skills
• Ability to communicate effectively, both oral and written
• Strong sense of urgency and a roll-up-the-sleeves demeanor
• Flexible, adaptable, and team oriented with a positive attitude and strong work ethic Salary Range $25-$32
