Overview

: We are looking for an experienced and motivated Regional Sales Manager to oversee and grow sales operations within a designated region. In this role, you will be responsible for developing sales strategies, building strong customer relationships, and achieving revenue targets. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales, excellent communication skills, and a proven track record of driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities

:

• Develop and execute regional sales strategies to meet or exceed sales targets.
• Lead, train, and support swimming pool dealers in the purchase and installation of automatic pool covers.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities and partnerships.
• Monitor and analyze sales performance and market trends within the region.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, distributors, and stakeholders.
• Provide regular sales forecasts, reports, and updates to senior management.
• Collaborate with marketing, operations, and customer service teams to align efforts and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Attend trade shows, client meetings, and industry events to promote the company and its products/services.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, pricing strategies, and contract guidelines.

Requirements

:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (MBA preferred).
• 5+ years of swimming pool sales experience.
• Proven ability to manage a sales region and drive revenue growth.
• Strong understanding of sales performance metrics and CRM tools.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Self-motivated and able to work independently.
