As a part of our team, you'll have the unique opportunity to fight for homeowners by working directly with insurance companies to get full approvals for storm damage replacements and repairs. It's incredibly easy to close a sale when you can prove to a homeowner that they need the work done and someone else is paying for the majority of it! Insurance pays the bills around here. What You 'll Be Doing: * Knocking Doors & Building Relationships: Connect with homeowners in your community, establish trust, and help them find the best home improvement solutions to fit their needs. * Inspections: Climbing up on roofs, walking around the property, taking pictures, everything it takes to get that insurance approval! * Fight for Homeowners Insurance Approval: We go to bat for homeowners, working with insurance companies to get full approval for the necessary work. When insurance is covering the bill, it's easy to sell! * Promote Our Services: Represent LHI as the go-to experts for roofing, siding, gutters, and other home improvement needs. * Educate Homeowners: Educate clients about our wide range of services and how we can improve their homes, all while saving them money with insurance-backed approvals. * Close Deals & Earn Commission: Use your communication skills to seal the deal and earn commission on every sale!
