Job Summary ANTICIPATED OTE BASED ON EXPERIENCE: $42,000 - $47,000 Gross earnings based on overall commission, more sales = more earnings We are seeking a full-time sales person/driver to operate a ShoeMobile. This is a 26' box truck, converted into a mobile store. Similar to a mobile tool route, but we sell safety footwear. Clean driving record necessary. * Must be able to check and keep up with an electronic calendar for route visits. * Must be able to work independently. * Must be reliable and be able to be on time for all appointments. * Must be able to work different hours depending on our customers' needs. * Monday through Fridays, no weekends. Commissioned offered on all sales made. Benefits include health, dental, and vision insurance. 401k matching program. Responsibilities and Duties We are a sales driven company. Salesmanship and customer service is a responsibility to all of our customers you visit. Overnight stays MIGHT be required for this position depending on the serviced account. Load truck with appropriate inventory for account being serviced. Become knowledgeable of our product to be able to recommend and sell. Be able to learn a basic point-of-sale system to enter sales slips. Basic truck and generator maintenance. Qualifications and Skills Experience driving 26' box truck Good salesmanship and customer service ability Intermediate experience using Microsoft Windows PC is expected. Experience using and keeping up with an e-mail address. Experience using a spreadsheet to check information.
