Overview

: We are seeking a Salesforce Developer & Security Consultant with hands-on expertise in Sales Cloud, Marketing Cloud , and Salesforce Security (all 3 models) to support and enhance our CRM ecosystem in Foster City, CA. This role requires onsite presence from Day 1 in a hybrid capacity and involves a mix of development, security architecture, and cross-functional collaboration with sales and marketing teams. Candidates with Salesforce certifications will have a significant edge.

Key Responsibilities

: Salesforce Development:

• Design and develop scalable Salesforce solutions using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Visualforce, SOQL, and SOSL.
• Customize and maintain workflows, process builders, flows, validation rules, and page layouts for Sales and Marketing use cases.
• Build integrations between Salesforce and external systems (REST/SOAP APIs, Marketing platforms, ERP tools, etc.).
• Collaborate with business analysts, administrators, and stakeholders to translate business needs into technical solutions. Sales Cloud & Marketing Cloud Enablement:
• Customize Sales Cloud features such as Leads, Opportunities, Campaigns, Forecasting, and Pipeline Management.
• Integrate and support Marketing Cloud functionalities, including email journeys, contact segmentation, lead scoring, and campaign analytics.
• Ensure proper synchronization between Sales Cloud and Marketing Cloud using tools like Marketing Cloud Connect or third-party platforms. Salesforce Security (All 3 Models):
• Implement and enforce: o Object-Level Security (OLS) - Using Profiles and Permission Sets. o Field-Level Security (FLS) - For sensitive field-level access control. o Record-Level Security (RLS) - Role hierarchy, Sharing Rules, Manual Sharing, and Org-Wide Defaults.
• Conduct regular security audits and align security configurations with organizational policies and compliance requirements.
• Collaborate with internal IT security teams to implement identity and access controls, SSO, and MFA.

Required Qualifications

:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 5+ years of Salesforce development experience (Apex, LWC, APIs).
• Strong expertise with Sales Cloud and Marketing Cloud implementations.
• Proven experience managing Salesforce security models (OLS, FLS, RLS).
• Familiarity with Salesforce deployment tools (Change Sets, ANT, SFDX).
• Hands-on experience with Marketing Cloud Studios (Email, Automation, Journey Builder).
• Strong communication skills to interface with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Preferred Qualifications

:

• Salesforce Certifications (highly preferred): o Salesforce Certified Platform Developer I & II o Salesforce Certified Sharing & Visibility Architect o Salesforce Certified Marketing Cloud Consultant o Salesforce Certified Sales Cloud Consultant o Salesforce Certified Administrator / Advanced Administrator
• Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Exposure to marketing tools such as Pardot (Account Engagement), HubSpot, or Marketo.
• Understanding of compliance frameworks like SOX, HIPAA, GDPR is a plus. Job Type: Contract Pay: $65.00 - $70.00 per hour Expected hours: 40 per week Schedule:
