Duties

- Communicate with customers via phone, email, and chat to provide information about products or services - Assist customers with product inquiries, orders, billing, and account management - Upsell products or services to increase revenue - Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently - Analyze customer needs and recommend suitable solutions - Maintain a high level of professionalism and phone etiquette at all times

Requirements

- Personal Lines License or Property and Causalty - Strong customer service skills with a focus on customer satisfaction - Ability to communicate effectively in English; proficiency in Spanish or other languages is a plus - Excellent data entry skills with attention to detail - Multilingual or bilingual capabilities are advantageous for this role Job Type: Full-time Pay: From $19.00 per hour
