Our Sales Representatives are called Comfort Coaches and play a key role in guiding customers toward healthier, more restful nights through science-based solutions and a personalized sales approach. This position is a non-exempt, full-time and in-person. What You 'll Do As a Comfort Coach, you'll:

• Welcome and assist customers in finding the right sleep solutions to meet their unique needs.
• Present, promote, and sell products using our proven, guest-friendly sales system.
• Conduct needs analyses and provide tailored recommendations that add real value.
• Build and maintain positive, long-term customer relationships.
• Resolve customer concerns quickly and professionally to ensure satisfaction.
• Collaborate with team members and other departments to drive store success.
• Meet and exceed individual and team sales goals. What We 're Looking For No prior sales experience? That's okay--we'll train you! We're looking for individuals who bring:
• Strong communication and listening skills.
• A positive, can-do attitude and willingness to learn.
• Motivation to achieve goals and thrive in a team environment.
• Time management, organization, and problem-solving abilities.
• Openness to feedback and continuous improvement.
• Basic computer skills.
• A valid driver's license (required). Preferred but not required:
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1 year of customer service, sales, or related experience.

Compensation

: $45,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
