Here at Verlo Mattress, we are looking for a well-spoken, upbeat, goal- oriented, driven, and responsible person to join our growing comfort coach team. Our comfort coaches help local community members by informing them on the best way to get a great night's sleep. We do this through knowledge and science-based sales processes whose sole purposes are to truly help our guests. We will train the right candidate, and no sales experience is necessary. All we require is a willingness to learn, a can-do attitude, and the ability to enhance our culture further. Responsibilities * Present, promote, and sell products/services using a proven, easy-to-navigate sales system. * Perform cost-benefit and needs analysis for customers to meet their needs * Establish, develop and maintain positive customer relationships * Expedite the resolution of customer problems and complaints to maximize satisfaction * Achieve agreed upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule * Coordinate sales effort with team members and other departments Skills * No Sales experience is needed! * Basic computer skills * Highly motivated and target driven * Prioritizing, time management, and organizational skills * Ability to truly listen to a customer and help them according to their wants and needs. * Relationship management skills and openness to feedback Job Type: Full-time Pay: $45,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year Benefits: * 401(k) * 401(k) matching * Dental insurance * Employee discount * Health insurance * Paid time off * Vision insurance Schedule: * Day shift * Weekends as needed Education: * High school or equivalent (Preferred) License/Certification: * Driver's License (Required) Work Location: Multiple locations
