Our Sales Representatives are called Comfort Coaches and play a key role in guiding customers toward healthier, more restful nights through science-based solutions and a personalized sales approach. This position is a non-exempt, full-time and in-person. What You 'll Do As a Comfort Coach, you'll: * Welcome and assist customers in finding the right sleep solutions to meet their unique needs. * Present, promote, and sell products using our proven, guest-friendly sales system. * Conduct needs analyses and provide tailored recommendations that add real value. * Build and maintain positive, long-term customer relationships. * Resolve customer concerns quickly and professionally to ensure satisfaction. * Collaborate with team members and other departments to drive store success. * Meet and exceed individual and team sales goals. What We 're Looking For No prior sales experience? That's okay--we'll train you! We're looking for individuals who bring: * Strong communication and listening skills. * A positive, can-do attitude and willingness to learn. * Motivation to achieve goals and thrive in a team environment. * Time management, organization, and problem-solving abilities. * Openness to feedback and continuous improvement. * Basic computer skills. * A valid driver's license (required).
