About the Sales Account Manager position We are looking for a qualified Sales account manager to join our team. You will be responsible for developing long-term relationships with customers and overseeing sales. As a Sales account manager, you should work to satisfy customers' needs and requests, respond to their queries in a timely manner and aspire to deliver a positive customer experience. You should have excellent communication and negotiation skills and be customer service oriented. Ultimately, you should be able to grow our business by building successful, long-term client relationships. Sales Account Manager responsibilities are: * Managing accounts portfolio to achieve long-term success * Establishing a good relationships with clients * Make 75- 100 outbound calls daily * Handling customer needs * Dealing with disputes by providing effective solutions * Overseeing company accounts to boost sales * Making regular reports on sales performance * Setting sales targets * Making suggestions to improve sales performance Sales Account Manager requirements are: * Proven experience as a Sales Account Manager * Good communication skills (verbal and written) * Good product knowledge * Knowledge about CRM and MS Office * Product demonstration * Excellent negotiation skills * Displaying professionalism * Being target driven and highly motivated * Telemarketing skills
