About the Sales Account Manager position We are looking for a qualified Sales account manager to join our team. You will be responsible for developing long-term relationships with customers and overseeing sales. As a Sales account manager, you should work to satisfy customers' needs and requests, respond to their queries in a timely manner and aspire to deliver a positive customer experience. You should have excellent communication and negotiation skills and be customer service oriented. Ultimately, you should be able to grow our business by building successful, long-term client relationships. Sales Account Manager responsibilities are:

• Managing accounts portfolio to achieve long-term success
• Establishing a good relationships with clients
• Make 75- 100 outbound calls daily
• Handling customer needs
• Dealing with disputes by providing effective solutions
• Overseeing company accounts to boost sales
• Making regular reports on sales performance
• Setting sales targets
• Making suggestions to improve sales performance Sales Account Manager requirements are:
• Proven experience as a Sales Account Manager
• Good communication skills (verbal and written)
• Good product knowledge
• Knowledge about CRM and MS Office
• Product demonstration
