: Jeremiah's Pick Coffee Co. is a legacy Bay Area coffee brand with a passion for high-quality, sustainably sourced coffee. Under new ownership, we're revitalizing the brand and expanding our presence across retail, wholesale, and online platforms. We're looking for a driven, creative, and organized Marketing & Sales Representative to help lead this charge.

Job Summary

: We're hiring a Marketing & Sales Rep to develop and execute campaigns, connect with potential clients, manage our social media presence, and boost both in- store and B2B sales. You'll be the link between our story and our customers-- helping the brand grow in both reach and reputation.

Key Responsibilities

:

• Create and implement local and digital marketing campaigns
• Identify and pursue new wholesale and retail opportunities
• Manage and grow our social media presence (Instagram, Facebook, etc.)
• Represent the company at local events, tastings, and partnerships
• Maintain customer relationships and follow up on leads
• Track performance data and sales metrics
• Assist with content creation and brand storytelling

Qualifications

:

• 1-2 years experience in marketing, sales, or brand development (coffee industry a plus)
• Strong communication and people skills
• Comfortable using social media and email platforms
• Creative thinker who can work independently
• Passionate about coffee and local business
