Full description of the position

Lee Building Products, a leading provider of brick, block, stone and hardscape products, is seeking a Hardscape Sales Representative for the central Indiana. Job Summary: We are seeking a motivated and knowledgeable Hardscape Sales Representative to join our team. This individual will be responsible for generating new business, building client relationships, and selling hardscape products and solutions--including pavers, retaining walls, outdoor living products, and other landscape construction materials--to contractors, landscapers, architects, and homeowners. Key Responsibilities: * Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing clients in the landscaping, construction, and design industries. * Promote and sell hardscape products and solutions, ensuring customer satisfaction and repeat business. * Provide expert advice on product selection, installation techniques, and project planning. * Conduct on-site visits to understand customer needs and assess project requirements. * Prepare and present sales proposals, bids, and quotes in a timely manner. * Collaborate with the operations and logistics team to ensure timely product delivery and customer service. * Stay up to date on industry trends, competitor products, and market conditions. * Attend trade shows, networking events, and training sessions to maintain product knowledge and build professional connections. * Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets. Qualifications: * Proven sales experience, preferably in hardscape, construction materials, or a related field. * Strong understanding of landscape and hardscape products, including installation techniques. * Excellent communication, negotiation, and customer service skills. * Ability to read blueprints or site plans is a plus. * Self-motivated with strong organizational and time-management skills. * Valid driver's license and willingness to travel locally for client meetings and site visits. Education & Experience: * High school diploma or equivalent required; associate or bachelor's degree in business, landscaping, or a related field is preferred. * Minimum 2-3 years of experience in sales or account management, ideally within the construction or landscaping industry.
