Job Description: George Moore Chevrolet is looking for a Personal Advocate. The ideal candidate is outgoing, personable, and relatable with customers. This person is a brand representative with a positive image, and the first voice a customer meets when they start their buying process. As a personal advocate at George Moore Chevrolet, you will: * Schedule and follow up on all sales inquiries, as well as generate sales appointments * Follow up with sales associates and sales managers regarding leads and prospects * Effectively utilize lead management tools * Email, text message and make phone calls on all leads * Display ethical behavior, provide the highest degree of customer satisfaction and be honest in all aspects of dealing with customers Top Benefits or Perks: As a member of the George Moore family, you will benefit from: * Medical, Dental, and Vision insurance for employees working 30 hours or more * Retirement options after the first year of employment * Graduated vacation time, with tenure * Paid holidays (New Years Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day, and Christmas Day), as well as Sundays off Location: George Moore Chevrolet is located in Jacksonville, FL. We are on Atlantic Boulevard, just a few miles from the Atlantic Ocean, and conveniently nestled between downtown Jacksonville, the beaches, and St. Johns Town Center. * PAY: A full-time position at $15.00 an hour plus monthly bonuses based on performance * BENEFITS: * Medical, Dental and Vision for Full Time employees working 30 hours or more * 401K after 1 year of employment * Longevity Fund/Bonus * 1 week of vacation after 1 year of employment and 2 weeks after 2 years * Five paid holidays (New Years Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Day) * GM training for all * Closed Sundays WORKING CONDITIONS: The Personal Advocate Representative works at a desk in an office setting for most of the shift. S/he will spend 90% of their shift replying to emails over the internet and making calls to inquiring customers. S/he will work both indoors and out, moving about the dealership facility and storage lots to communicate with the salespeople and customers. S/he works closely with the BDC Manager in the transport of paperwork and the discussing of deals. Weekend, evening and possible holiday hours will be required.
