About the Role

: As our new Listing Specialist, you'll play a crucial role in supporting our clients through the home-selling process. You'll manage listings from start to finish, ensuring every property is marketed to perfection. Your role will be the backbone of the selling experience, providing seamless communication between sellers, agents, and buyers.

Key Responsibilities

:

• Guide our sellers through the listing process with confidence, professionalism, and a personal touch.
• Oversee the marketing for each property, including MLS management, photography coordination, and online advertising across Columbus's top real estate platforms.
• Work closely with our experienced agents to maximize listing exposure and attract the right buyers.

Who You Are

:

• You have experience in real estate or as a Listing Specialist and know the Columbus real estate market inside and out.
• You're detail-oriented, organized, and have excellent communication skills.

: $60,000 - $110,000
