We are looking for those individuals that can share in Julia's passion to be part of our team, and help as many as possible with our authentic, and effective products. We're seeking a confident, enthusiastic Sales Associate for our niche shop located in the San Francisco Ferry Building. Licensed estheticians are welcome to apply! This role involves actively engaging with visitors--often greeting people with a tray, introducing our brand, and sharing our story in a way that is warm, genuine, and never pushy. Key Responsibilities: * Greet and engage Ferry Building visitors * Educate customers about our products and philosophy * Represent the Benedetta brand with enthusiasm and professionalism * Maintain an inviting, organized, and well-stocked space * Meet or exceed daily sales goals * Operate independently in a unique, open-air-style market setting Qualifications: * Minimum 2 years of skincare retail experience * Proven history of job stability (1+ year at previous role) * Friendly, outgoing, and eager to connect with new people * Quick learner with a can-do attitude and high level of integrity * Committed to excellence and aligned with Benedetta's values * Must exclusively use Benedetta products * Reliable and respectful of the trust placed in you as part of a small, dedicated team This is an independent work environment at our Niche Shop located in the San Francisco Ferry Building. This space is directly next to the last exit doors on the far south side of the building. We are inside but feels like an open air market. Are you the right fit?
