Job Title: Medspa Sales Consultant Job Description: As a Medspa Sales Consultant, you will play a crucial role in driving sales and promoting our range of aesthetic services and products. Your primary focus will be to provide exceptional customer service, educate clients about our offerings, and build lasting relationships that foster client loyalty. Key Responsibilities: * Sales Generation: * Actively promote and sell Medspa services and products to potential clients. * Outbound calling to book appointments for providers. Must be reviewing Provider schedules to target appointments to fill schedules. * Meet or exceed sales targets and develop strategies to increase revenue. * Client Consultation: * Conduct thorough consultations with clients to understand their needs and recommend appropriate treatments or products. * Provide detailed information on the benefits and procedures of services offered. * Customer Service: * Deliver exceptional customer service to ensure a positive experience for clients. * Address client inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally. * Relationship Building: * Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to encourage repeat business and referrals. * Follow up with clients post-treatment to ensure satisfaction and address any further needs. * Marketing Support: * Assist in the implementation of marketing initiatives to attract new clients. * Participate in community events and promotional activities to represent the Medspa. * Team Collaboration: * Work closely with the medical and aesthetic staff to ensure a seamless client experience. * Attend team meetings and training sessions to stay updated on services and industry trends. Qualifications: * High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in business, marketing, or a related field is preferred. * Proven sales experience, preferably in the beauty, wellness, or medical field. * Strong communication and interpersonal skills. * Knowledge of skincare and aesthetic procedures is a plus. * Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends. Skills: * Exceptional sales and negotiation skills. * Customer-oriented mindset with a passion for helping others. * Ability to work independently and as part of a team. * Proficient in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
