Job Overview We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Sales Associate to join our dynamic team. As a Sales Associate, you will play a key role in creating an exceptional shopping experience for our customers while ensuring that the store is well-stocked and organized. Responsibilities * A Sales Associate for a hotel is responsible for generating new business, managing existing accounts, and building relationships with clients to maximize revenue. * They may also coordinate events, manage contracts, and provide excellent customer service. * Engage with customers to understand their needs and recommend products that meet those needs. * Demonstrate product features and benefits through effective product demos. * Maintain knowledge of current promotions, sales, and product information to assist customers effectively. * Process transactions accurately and efficiently at the cash register. * Stock shelves, organize merchandise, and ensure the sales floor is clean and visually appealing. * Supervise junior staff members when required, ensuring adherence to company policies and procedures. Skills * Strong customer service skills with a focus on creating positive shopping experiences. * Previous retail sales experience is preferred but not required. * Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. * Proficient phone etiquette for handling customer inquiries over the phone. * Basic math skills for processing transactions accurately. * Experience with product demonstrations to effectively showcase merchandise. * A proactive approach to selling products and meeting sales goals.
