Overview

We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Sales Associate to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for customer service and a strong ability to engage with customers to drive sales. As a Sales Associate, you will play a key role in creating an exceptional shopping experience for our customers while ensuring that the store is well-stocked and organized.

Responsibilities

• A Sales Associate for a hotel is responsible for generating new business, managing existing accounts, and building relationships with clients to maximize revenue.
• They may also coordinate events, manage contracts, and provide excellent customer service.
• Engage with customers to understand their needs and recommend products that meet those needs.
• Demonstrate product features and benefits through effective product demos.
• Maintain knowledge of current promotions, sales, and product information to assist customers effectively.
• Process transactions accurately and efficiently at the cash register.
• Stock shelves, organize merchandise, and ensure the sales floor is clean and visually appealing.
• Supervise junior staff members when required, ensuring adherence to company policies and procedures. Skills
• Strong customer service skills with a focus on creating positive shopping experiences.
• Previous retail sales experience is preferred but not required.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Proficient phone etiquette for handling customer inquiries over the phone.
• Basic math skills for processing transactions accurately.
• Experience with product demonstrations to effectively showcase merchandise.
