The A&L Associate position is perfect for you! Responsibilities include: * Provide excellent customer service * Possess the ability to work with several customers at one time while maintaining customer satisfaction. * Create well-organized presentations. * Organize and clean department daily. * Be prompt, on time and have the ability to work a full 8 hour shift. Must be available for flexible scheduling. * Be able to work Saturdays and occasional Sundays. * Demonstrate the ability to quickly learn of product, current technology, and obtain basic motorcycle knowledge. * Occasionally required to bend, stoop, crouch, reach and lift 30lbs of material. * Must be able to work indoors as well as outdoors for events that are required. * Complete monthly training online. * Demonstrate the desire to grow business. * Attend weekly department meetings * Attend monthly dealership meetings. * Meet daily, monthly, and annual sales goals. * Conduct or participate in periodic physical inventory of all merchandise. * Maintain a positive, energetic and fun attitude through out shift. * Be a team player and have fun!
