Your Responsibilities Will Include: Providing essential administrative support and managing transactions for our agents * Handling listing coordination, MLS updates, signage, and photography arrangements * Ensuring prompt and effective communication with clients, vendors, and team members * Organizing showings, inspections, and closing appointments * * Supporting marketing initiatives such as social media content, email campaigns, and CRM maintenance Ideal Candidate Profile: * Exceptionally organized with strong time management skills * Excellent written and verbal communication capabilities * Tech-savvy, proactive, and adept at solving problems * Thrives in a fast-moving, team-oriented setting Motivated to advance within the real estate field * Bonus Perk: Collaborate with agents who consistently close 50+ transactions annually. Visit: [please apply online] Stay connected: [please apply online] Responsibilities * Graduate from PLACE New Agent Launch * Work with sales agent to guide their clients to homes * Provide detailed, written feedback to confirm or refine clients' search criteria * Write and negotiate offers on behalf of the sales agent and clients * Lead generate a minimum of 10 hours a week * Participate in weekly script practice per team standards * Participate in team activities per team standards * Commit to weekly 1:1 coaching session, weekly trainings and Partner Call * Track tasks and activities in PLACE Technology Qualifications You are energized by working with people and pride yourself in your ability to develop and maintain professional relationships.
