Responsibilities * Develop and maintain relationships with healthcare professionals, including doctors, case managers, and hospital staff. * Conduct product demonstrations to showcase the benefits and features of our pharmaceutical products. * Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify new sales opportunities. * Manage account portfolios effectively to ensure customer satisfaction and retention. * Collaborate with internal teams to align sales strategies with marketing initiatives. * Prepare and deliver presentations to healthcare providers about product updates and new launches. * Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and feedback in the office database. * Attend industry conferences and networking events to promote products and expand professional connections. Experience * Proven experience in outside sales, strictly within the medical device industry. * Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple accounts simultaneously. * Demonstrated leadership abilities in driving sales initiatives and achieving targets. * Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to convey complex information clearly. * Experience in account management is highly desirable. * A background in analyzing market data to inform strategic decisions is a plus. * Familiarity with product demos and presentations is essential for success in this role.
