Compensation: Typical Agent Earnings: $50,000-$150,000+ Annually Responsibilities: * Keep up with local knowledge to answer questions clients may have about potential homes and the surrounding community * Consistent lead follow-up to grow the sales pipeline * Nurture relationships that connect with our clients to generate more sales * Hold buyer and seller consultations to find out their needs and wants in a home, then find a home to meet those needs * Supervise the closing process to provide clients with an efficient and smooth transaction experience * Assist clients in buying or selling properties under the guidance of experienced mentors. * Participate in shadowing opportunities to gain hands-on experience. * Attend weekly team meetings, in-person workshops, and training sessions to build foundational skills. * Work closely with mentors and coaches to develop your expertise in client relations and real estate transactions. * Utilize proven Twin Oaks systems and tools to generate leads and manage your business effectively. * Maintain regular communication with clients and provide excellent customer service. * Stay up-to-date on market trends and local real estate regulations. Qualifications: * Past sales experience is preferred * Excellent communication, negotiation and networking skills * Self-motivation and drive * Show good organizational and time management skills * Tech savvy * A valid real estate license (or willingness to obtain one). * Strong interpersonal and communication skills. * Self-motivated and eager to learn, with a passion for real estate. * Ability to manage time effectively and prioritize tasks. * A commitment to participating in training programs and shadowing opportunities. * Basic proficiency with technology and willingness to learn real estate tools. * Enthusiasm for working in a collaborative, team-oriented environment.
