Sales consultant - Hiring Immediately We are looking for driven, entrepreneurial sale professionals looking to yield uncapped earning potential! First-year sales consultants earn on average 43,000 to 75,000. Top performers exceed those numbers. Responsibilities: -Greeting customers, providing an exceptional level of engagement, and discovering furnishing needs and opportunities. * Helping customers make informed purchasing decisions. * Maintaining and cultivating relationships with prospective clients and existing customers. * Encouraging clients and to partake in our Interior Design Program. * Assisting customers through the entire buying process-from purchase to delivery. * Achieving and driving sales goals- monthly and yearly. * Preserving the establish team environment. Qualifications & Preferred Skills - One year of sales experience desired-retail sales preferred - Ability to build and maintain relationships - Passion for working with people - Basic computer knowledge - Coachable, self-motivated individual ready to learn and improve - Quick to connect and strong understanding of the sales prosses - This position requires work on weekends and holidays.
