Who We Are Teacher Time To Go is a "travel to you" and virtual tutoring company providing Individualized Tutoring to students K-12. The Greater Philadelphia Area is our original location and we are growing rapidly and looking to expand our services to the South Jersey area. To learn more about our company and background please visit: [please apply online] *Job Summary We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Territory Account Manager to launch a brand new territory and enhance our market presence within South Jersey (Moorestown, Cherry Hill, Vorhees, etc). The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills and a proven track record in education, recruiting, sales and account management. You will report directly to the Owner and have the autonomy to make your own hours, develop your business goals and build a territory from the ground up! You must live in the Southern Jersey Territory or have a STELLAR understanding of its school system and community. Recruiting Responsibilities * Become an expert within the South Jersey Territory School Districts * Develop a plan to recruit tutors to our team (social media, job fairs, networking, etc) * Create an interview template (schedule 8-10 interviews per week) * Generate a tutor on-boarding process to welcome tutors to the team (schedule 1-2 tutor on-boarding calls per week) * Provide tutor training sessions using our methods and platform * Create strong working relationships with our team of tutors Sales Responsibilities * Identify potential locations in need of tutoring support * Network with local families to introduce our tutoring services * Create a sales script for new client call consultation calls * Close deals with clients, ensuring mutually beneficial agreements. * Become stellar at building and maintaining client relationships * Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth. * Utilize our Database for tracking sales activities, managing customer relationships, and reporting on performance metrics * Actively engage with clients, gather feedback and assess market conditions Skills * Strong leadership abilities with a focus on team development and motivation. * Proven sales experience with a solid understanding of account management principles. * Proficiency outlook, excel and similar database platforms * Excellent analytical skills to interpret market data and make informed decisions. * Exceptional negotiation skills to secure favorable terms for both the company and clients. * Strong business development acumen, with the ability to identify new opportunities in the market.
