Real Estate Assistant - Join Our Growing Team! Are you an organized, detail-oriented individual with a passion for real estate? We're looking for a Real Estate Assistant to support our fast- paced real estate business. If you love working with people, keeping things organized, and helping a team succeed, we'd love to hear from you! Responsibilities: * Client Communication: Call clients, follow up on leads, and maintain strong relationships. * Scheduling & Coordination: Set up appointments, manage calendars, and organize meetings. * Social Media Management: Create and schedule engaging content for social media platforms. * Open House Setup: Plan, promote, and prepare for open houses. * Marketing Materials: Design flyers, brochures, and other promotional materials. * General Support: Assist with various administrative and real estate-related tasks. Qualifications: * Strong communication and organizational skills * Experience with social media marketing is a plus * Ability to multitask and work independently * Comfortable making phone calls and speaking with clients * Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Canva, or similar tools Position Details: * Part-time (flexible schedule) * Some weekend availability may be required If you're ready to join a dynamic real estate team and grow your career, apply today!
