Position Outside Sales Summary A Japanese Aluminum company is seeking an Outside Sales in Cerritos. (Hybrid working style.) This position is requird to be fluent in English. Essential Duties * Serves customers by selling products and meeting customer needs to maximize satisfaction * Identify and establish contract with potential customers leads through cold calling * schedule and perform product demonstrations with potential customers and existing customers * Develop and maintain relationships with existing customers * Resolves customer complaints by investigating problems, developing solutions, preparing reports, and making recoomendations to management * Attend industry trade show to identify potential sales leads and make meaningful contact with potential customers and existing customers * Follow industry trends to identify new opportunities for potential sales * Coordinate sales effort with team members and other departments * Assist other employees when necessary Working Hours, Working style 8:30-17:30 Working Location Cerritos, CA Go to the office once a week, and the rest of the time will be a hybrid work style.
