Job Summary
: The primary role is to serve as a liaison between Anchor Of Hope Hospice and the community, addressing the needs of both community partners and patients.
Responsibilities
encompass the development and promotion of hospice programs and services, upholding standards of practice that align with quality healthcare, while optimizing resources.
Qualifications
: Education: Graduate of an accredited college/university is preferred. - Strong organizational skills - Experience in marketing or sales - Excellent communication skills - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Knowledge of hospice care services and industry - Proven track record of meeting sales targets - Bachelor's degree in a related field is preferred

Essential Functions
:
- Cultivate, develop, and enhance contractual and care relationships within area hospitals, ALs, physician offices and practices, and community agencies.
- Expand AOHH referrals, admissions and lengths of stay through the development of relationships with key referral sources, including but not limited to, physicians, physician office staff, social workers, discharge planners, case managers, hospitals, ALs, and community groups.
- Maintain sales territory/account management to meet census goals.
- Maintain awareness of all agency data relevant to the effectiveness of programs and services and provides information to referral sources.
- Maintain awareness of industry trends, report and regulatory issues and provides information to referral sources
- Demonstrate a thorough and complete knowledge of the organization including core values and mission, services and resources available and eligibility criteria.
- Demonstrate a thorough knowledge of AOHH organizational strategy, current marketing initiatives, and what sets us apart from our competition.
- Collaborate with the Director of Marketing to develop and arrange promotional/in-service activities to educate ALs, physician offices, and hospitals about AOHH programs and services.
- Submit monthly activity reports to supervisor.
- Provide new or updated information necessary to keep databases accurate and current.
