About Us: Trackspec Motorsports is a high-performance manufacturer specializing in motorsport product development and laser metal fabrication. From roll cages to precision laser-cut components, our products are engineered and manufactured in-house to meet the demands of racing and industrial applications. We are looking for a results-driven Sales & Marketing Manager to lead our existing product lines while developing and launching a new brand under our umbrella. Responsibilities: * Lead and grow B2B and B2C sales across all product lines * Develop and execute integrated marketing strategies across digital, print, and social media * Manage online storefronts (e.g., Shopify), customer relationships, and sales funnels * Coordinate product launches and promotions with the production and fabrication teams * Create and manage content, ads, and campaigns with strong ROI focus * Oversee branding and go-to-market strategy for an upcoming new brand * Track KPIs, report on campaign effectiveness, and implement optimizations Requirements: * 3+ years of experience in sales, marketing, or brand development (manufacturing or automotive a plus) * Strong communication and leadership skills * Proficiency in marketing tools (Meta Ads, Google Ads, Mailchimp, etc.) * Familiarity with eCommerce platforms like Shopify * Ability to work independently and drive results * Passion for motorsports, fabrication, or performance products is highly valued What We Offer: * Competitive salary based on experience * Performance-based bonuses and growth opportunities * A creative and driven work environment * Involvement in both motorsports and advanced manufacturing sectors Job Types: Part-time, Contract Pay: $50,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year Expected hours: 24 per week Compensation Package: * Commission pay Schedule: * No nights Work Location: In person
