Overview

Duties

• Develop and implement strategic business development plans to achieve company growth objectives.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities through market research, networking, and relationship building.
• Manage the sales process from lead generation to closing, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
• Utilize Salesforce or similar CRM software to track leads, manage customer interactions, and analyze sales data.
• Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients to secure profitable partnerships.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including marketing, product development, and project management to align business strategies.
• Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to inform strategic planning efforts.
• Prepare reports and presentations for senior management on business development initiatives and performance metrics.

Requirements

• Proven experience in business development or sales roles, with a track record of achieving targets.
• Strong understanding of strategic planning processes and market analysis techniques.
• Excellent negotiation skills with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
• Proficiency in customer relationship management (CRM) software, preferably Salesforce.
• Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
• Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, with an emphasis on building relationships.
• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment.
