We are looking for a Sales Associate to come be a part of our team! We will give you everything you need to be successful in our industry. All we need from you is a good attitude, a willingness to learn, and a love for people! Responsibilities * Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent sales service * Assess customers needs and provide assistance and information on product features * Welcome customers to the store and answer their queries * Follow and achieve department's sales goals on a monthly, quarterly and yearly basis * "Go the extra mile" to meet Miller Waldrop's standard of excellence * Remain knowledgeable on products offered and discuss available options * Process POS (point of sale) purchases in computer system * Team up with co-workers to ensure proper customer service * Build productive trust relationships with customers Skills * Basic Math skills * Working knowledge of customer and market dynamics and requirements * Hands-on experience with POS transactions and an ability to navigate new software * Solid communication and interpersonal skills * A friendly and energetic personality with customer service focus * Ability to perform under pressure and address complaints in a timely manner * Willingness to work with the team * A personal commitment to Miller Waldrop's core values: excellence, service, unity, and integrity Work Remotely * No Job Type: Full-time Pay: $40,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year Benefits: * 401(k) * Dental insurance * Employee discount * Health insurance * Life insurance * Paid time off * Vision insurance Compensation Package: * Bonus opportunities * Commission pay Schedule: * Day shift Work Location: In person
