Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Bilingual in Vietnamese Sales Representative for a nail polish and nail accessory distribution facility in Garden Grove, CA. In this role, you will be responsible for building relationships with clients in both English and Vietnamese. Your expertise in sales management and territory management will be essential as you identify new opportunities, upsell products, and provide exceptional customer service. This position does not require COLD CALLING or acquiring new accounts, this is NOT a commission-based position. Requires Account Maintenace, upselling new products to existing clients and providing customer service. (MUST be bilingual in Vietnamese)

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients through effective communication and follow-up.
• Engage in direct sales efforts, including upselling products to existing customers.
• Provide product demonstrations and presentations to potential clients, showcasing the benefits of our offerings.
• Stay informed about industry trends and competitor activities to effectively position our products in the market.

Requirements

• Bilingual proficiency in English and Vietnamese required.
• Proven experience in outside sales or inside sales roles
• Strong skills in upselling strategies.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with clients.
• Ability to manage multiple accounts and prioritize tasks efficiently within a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of market dynamics related to technology sales is a plus.
• A proactive attitude with a strong desire to succeed in a competitive landscape. Skills

• Strong analytical skills with the ability to assess customer needs effectively.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for building rapport with clients.
• Experience in business development and account management is highly desirable.
