Regional Sales Manager - Roofing (Storm Restoration) | Wisconsin Branch Location: Wisconsin (In-Person) Full-Time | Leadership Role Earning Potential: $140K+ (Commission + Overrides) We 're growing fast--and we need the right leader to take the reins. Our roofing company is expanding, and our Wisconsin branch is ready for a driven, experienced, and competitive Regional Sales Manager to build a winning team and dominate the local storm restoration market. We are looking for someone with high energy willing to lead from the front. What You'll Do

:

• Lead the charge in building and scaling a high-performing door-to-door sales team
• Recruit, hire, and train new reps with support from our headquarters and proven systems
• Drive a culture of competition, energy, and excellence that motivates your team
• Oversee all sales operations and hit aggressive branch sales goals
• Partner with leadership and utilize our training, marketing, and recruiting support to grow fast and smart Why You'll Love This Role:

• 2+ years of experience in storm restoration or roofing sales
• Prior leadership experience (sales manager, team lead, or equivalent)
