Full description of the position

As a Territory Sales Representative you will be responsible for following up on leads provided by the company to set appointments and present our products and services to prospective customers. Territory Sales Representatives are expected to generate business by prospecting and using the company provided sales tools to secure new business within a territory. Territory Sales Representatives are responsible for maintaining relationships with existing larger accounts (Builders) within the assigned territory. They are also responsible for writing proposals/contracts, processing sales orders, coordinating work with other departments within T-Bar and collections on all accounts & customers within the assigned territory. Representatives Attributes: * Sales oriented, capable of developing new personal and business accounts * Experienced in product & service related sales * Provide recommendation of appropriate products and/or services * Driven to excel in a sales environment and possess an entrepreneurial spirit * Servicing existing accounts * Resolution of customer concerns while providing customer minded service * Effective verbal, written and listening skills * High energy level, self directed and excellent closing skills * Be a self-starter with strong communication skills, problem solving skills and interpersonal skills * The ability to work independently by setting priorities, schedule daily events, make cold calls, meet deadlines and prepare written proposals * Must be able to pass a pre-employment drug screen and possess a valid driver's license and clean driving record Compensation: You get a weekly paycheck regardless of sales for $525 a week.
